When you first enter our front doors, you’ll most likely be warmly greeted with Darcy’s cheerful smile and quick offer of help. Darcy has been a valued team member of Valley View Estates since 2003. The admission process allows her to interact with new residents as well as their extended families and loved ones.

Her previous experience in medical offices had always kept people as anonymous charts with little time for personal interaction. Here she is allowed to extend her own family, to follow the care and enjoy each resident individually as well as on paper. Darcy says “Coming to work is now like visiting family.”
